Creative Universities Charter

 

Whether in the Sciences, Social Sciences or the Arts, a higher education space should be a creative space, a place of ingenuity, invention, exploration and discovery. This Charter identifies 5 aims:

1. to assist in reaching the full potential of every higher education environment, with imagination and energy;

2. to support conversations between faculty, students and staff, within disciplines and across disciplines;

3. to celebrate ingenuity, invention, exploration and discovery in all their guises;

4. to advance the world through the contributions of those who study and work in higher education;

5. to seek to make a positive difference in the lives of all people via access to and involvement in higher education.
